The unit or person has to make application in the prescribed form.

The duly filled form proposed and seconded by ISSPA members with cheque for membership should be sent to ISSPA Office.

For enrollment as ordinary member the applicant has to submit a copy of electricity bill or VAT registration certificate or MSME registration.
